Huana New Materials Research Institute, under the guidance of the expert advisory committee led by academician Jiang Shicheng of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, focusing on the development and industrial application of biodegradable plastics，realizes the industrial application of Bianstone functional masterbatch and fiber，dynamic energy absorption and protective materials R&D and industrial application of aerogels，R&D and industrial application of aerogels， participating in the formulation of technical standards and testing methods for graphene modified fibers.

DMI Industrial Group cooperated with the University of Manchester to set up the Graphene Joint Research Institute, focusing on the engineering innovation research of four projects， includinging high-energy long-lasting graphene lithium-sulfur battery, highly active graphene composite fuel cell catalyst, lead-free high-efficiency graphene perovskite solar cell in new energy  and laser printing graphene wearable equipment in the medical and health industry.

The research institute is jointly built by the National University of Singapore and DMI Industrial Group, which mainly provides various services, including industrial research and consultation, industrial planning and investment, industrial internationalization personnel training, industrial utilization of foreign capital project cooperation and consulting services, industrial capital and industrial big data application and other services.
